Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Breast pain in the area closest to your armpit area could be calcification which can be painful as I have them myself but are nothing to worry about.
Have you had a mammogram? Mammograms can distinguish between something to worry about and simple calcification. If the pain is unbearable, there is always the option to have the fluid removed from your breast to ease the pain also. I find that mine tends to bother be during my menstrual cycle, then will ease off for the rest of the month. Breast pain should not be taken lightly and therefore, getting a check up should be necessary. Can you keep us posted on your results from your doctor?
