Hi. I'm a 23 year old virgin and i'm kinda obese so my period are not regular since 5 years ago. This Month something weird had happened. I started to feel cramp on the 12th jan but i did not had my period until the 16th. It was pretty light but my period are always light but the strangest thing is that my boobs they feel fuller and tend to have sharp pain even after my period ended. I tend to have back ache and i lose my appetite and sometimes pain around the ovaries section. i don't know what to do to me I am either

1) Pregnant because i bought a sex toy online from a legitimate Manufacturer and used it without washing it maybe there were semen that i didn't notice. But when i look back there's not traces of any substances on it. And remember it wasn't sticky or anything.
2)I had to take penicillin from 2nd Jan for 10 days because of an infection so that might interfere with my hormones system but i stop two weeks ago so it shouldn't effect me that long.
3)An ovarian cysts ? Maybe i don't know.
Im so scared.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question.

First of all, pregnancy is not a possibility because you must have intercourse where the male ejaculates into your vagina in order to become pregnant.

The symptoms are most likely due to hormone imbalances.  Hormonal imbalances can happen from many reasons.  Being overweight can be one cause.  If the irregularities continue I suggest you try taking a birth control pill in order to help your body regulate the hormone you need to have a regular period.

I hope this helps.  Let us know if you have any further questions.
