Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I understand how uncomfortable this must be for you.  I'd love to give you some advise on the subject.

You should first check if you are getting fevers.  If it is not fever, you must be having hot flashes.  These hot flashes can be caused by stress, eating spicy foods, hormonal imbalances, medications, eating disorders, head traumas etc.

In your case, you should start with a process of elimination.  Are you always in warm/hot environments?  If so, take a cold shower.  Do you eat a lot of spicy foods?  Tone it down on the spice.  Are you taking any medications?  Look up the side affects to see if it can cause hot flashes.  Are you under a lot of stress?  Take yoga classes, or practice breathing exercises.

The solution will follow that cause.  So, take a minute to analyze what may be causing your symptoms and follow up with the treatment that makes the most sense.

All the best,

Faith
