is it good for a man or a woman to masterbate 6 or 7 times aweek,and is sperm good for a person to swallow.

Hello Anonymous,

Swallowing sperm causes no harm. However, sperm is not listed in any of the major food categories or the Food Pyramid.

Daily masturbation causes no harm in men or women. However, the good parochial school nuns of the days of yore would tell you that masturbation causes blindness.
