Q:

Is it possible for my girlfriend to be pregnant despite having her heavy period?

It's been more than two weeks from her last period and six weeks since our genitals touched. No intercourse, no ejaculation, only possible pre-cum. I did urinate before the rubbing happened. I'm really worried. Please help.

Hi Anonymous,

When a woman is concerned with possible pregnancy, she will wait to see if she misses a period. In this instance, the sexual encounter occured 6 weeks ago which was followed by her period two weeks ago. The period after the encounter is a good sign of "not pregnant". If you both are still concerned, you can always buy a pregnancy test and perhaps the negative result will give you a piece of mind. In addition, your sexual encounter does not appear to me to be indicitive of possible pregnancy so I don't think you have too much to worry about. To become pregnant, sperm must enter the vagina and I appears from your explanation that you two were only touching each other.

I hope this settles the fears.

Take care,

Missie
