How late is your period this month? What was the date of the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP)?

You mentioned that you are having higher body temperatures--are you taking your basal body temperature? The higher body temperature fluctuations when ovulating and pregnant are so small that you need to use a basal thermometer; not just a regular thermometer.

If you are using a basal thermometer---are you trying to become pregnant? Why are you having unprotected sex since last month?

Early pregnancy symptoms may be noticed by some women, and unnoticed by other women until they have missed a period. Once a woman has missed her period and she is pregnant, some symptoms of pregnancy include tender breasts, fatigue, complexion issues (acne), sore lower back (most of these symptoms do not occur until week 5-6).

Since you have missed your period and have been having unprotected sex for a while, it would be a good idea to take a home pregnancy test. Let us know what you find out!
