Well, while I don't know "everything" that you've tried, your question leaves us with more questions than answers!

After reading your post, a few questions comes to my mind:
1. Your age (as in just a generic range: 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond), as that can provide information regarding your physical health and hormone changes

2. Inability to reach orgasm (with a partner or alone) is different than lack of sex drive. We would need some more information as to any physical, emotional, mental changes that you and/or your partners are going through.

3. Admittedly, after reading your statement that you "lost" a "few sex partners" because of this, raises some red flags for me as far as the quality of the relationships. Was sexuality discussed in the relationship, and in what ways?

The good news: this question has been asked in a few different ways by other EmpowHer readers, and the answers and information are wonderful. You can search for Dr. Marty Klein or Dr. Deborah Rouse-Raines for their responses regarding human sexuality, reproductive health and relationships.
