Milky, odorless vaginal discharge

Hello. I have noticed lately that my vaginal discharge has changed a little bit. It used to be clear, but for about the past month it has been a more milky white color. It doesn't really have a terrible odor, and I am just really confused as to why it is different all of the sudden. I don't have any itching or burning while urinating, I know that having vaginal discharge on a daily basis is normal, but I just don't see a change in the consistency of my discharge as something that is normal. Has anyone else had this problem, or know anything about it? I'd really appreciate your help!

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If you are experiencing something abnormal, you should see your physician. Milky looking discharge usually occurs during your ovulation time. This will be around 12th to the 16th day after you start your period. If you have this constantly, I would certainly go see your physician.

Please keep us posted.
