some one please advise, i had intercourse sometime back in september (it was my first time in over a year) i got some bleeding in october but only for three days and not heavy (wore panty liners the whole time), november comes and completely missed my period took a hpt and it was neg. im having clear discharge, lower abdomen cramps (as if im going to start my period) bloating and my breast are not to sore but my nipples are. my lower abdomen feels a lot firmer than before too. I'm very concern due to the fact that a couple years back I had a tubal pregnancy and definitely don't want it to happen again. please help with some advise to what further step i can take or how long i should wait before seeing a MD. thanx in advance!

Are you having unprotected sex? If so, anytime you have unprotected sex, you do have a chance of pregnancy.

With your history of tubal pregnancy, and you have not had a regular menstrual cycle since you had unprotected sex (it is unclear if the bleeding you experienced in October was a menstrual period or something else). Since you ALSO did not have a period in November...these combination of symptoms leads me to believe it is time to visit your doctor for a medical exam.

Thanx Alison...and yes, that one time I did have unprotected sex and haven't had any intercourse since. I'm not planning on have a baby at the moment so I'm a nervous wreck! But at the same time I'm really concern about my health. Should I go see a gynecologist or just my regular doctor? when should I take another pregnancy test? (i took one on 11/30 and result was a neg.)

I assume you had an appointment with your Gynecologist for your tubal pregnancy? That would be the doctor to call again.
