My last known period was august 10 which was later than usual might I add and it is now october the 11th and I have not seen a period since then me and my fiancee are trying to have a family so I do not take birth control what does this possibly mean.

Are your periods typically regular and stick to a 28-day cycle?

The real best way to find out if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. You can visit your doctor or buy a pregnancy test from the store to find out.
