My period was due on 20th March but now it's almost a week. Yesterday me and my boyfriend were making out, we both had jeans on . But his semen was out and after a few hard pull outs, through clothes only I realised that my jeans ,panties were all wet.

I quickly went to the washroom and cleaned my vagina , there was some white fluid probably semen because it didn't dissolve with water and smelled different. I'm very worried since yesterday , please help. Can I get pregnant in such a situation. ?

You can't get pregnant with clothes on and not having sex.
The fluid may have been your own but there could not have been sperm in your genitals. We can't say why your period is late, you may have to contact your gynecologist if it doesn't come along soon.
