Retuxin, cyclosporin, and 22 blood transfusions so far. We have reached the end of treatment options. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Sorry to hear this.  Treatment plans varies depending on the underlying cause and severity of the conditions.  Corticosteroids, IV immunoglobulins and other drugs may be required in some cases.  Blood transfusion and even surgical removal of the spleen may be carried out in severe cases it's important to speak with a hematologist in deciding which treatment would be best.

Best,

Daisy
