Once a woman has lost all interest in sex for no reason at all, Is there anyway or any hope of getting those feelings back ?

Thanks for your question. This really depends on what the reason for your loss in libido is. If you are with someone that you no longer love, you may never feel the desire to have sex with them again. However, you may find it beneficial to have some blood work drawn by your doctor to determine if there are other factors affecting your libido or if it's simply caused by stress, daily living, etc.
