I have a dull pain over the past week, increasing to mild discomfort under one spot of my left breast when moving or pressed. And under arm. It's worrying me.

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Breast pain is also known as mastalgia and have different causes. Often the pain/discomfort is due to the menstrual cycle but that would generally mean both breasts are affected.
Breast pain is generally hormonal and breast tissue is also found in the underarms which would explain this discomfort going into your armpit.
Cysts can also cause this pain, as can peri-menopause or menopause.

Talk to your doctor about this pain, you may need an evaluation and/or testing.
Best,
Susan
