Is this pain normal?

I had unprotected sex during what I think was my ovulation day. From 7 days past ovulation I have been experiencing fatigue and pelvic discomfort.have twinges and sharp shooting pains. Now 11dpo still extreme fatigue. Is this normal pms

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  PMS can cause Fatigue, abdominal fullness, bloating. But this can also be due to   ovarian cysts that produce sometimes after a women goes through ovulation and this can cause pain and cramping in the abdomen as well.  Also, it's important to know if your period is delayed. Pregnancy, can also cause fatigue before a missed period. Due to Hormonal changes.

If the pain and fatigue continues it's best to see a doctor.
