I had an ultrasound done 2 weeks ago and results show that I have a 1.5
thicker Endometrial lining then normal, it also said that it is likly a normal
fluctuation and tha a fellow up is suggested in 6-12 weeks after normal period,
I'm so scared could this be cancer? Or is this normal? I'm 45 years of age.

in 6-12 weeks after I've finished my period.

Ok, try not to stress out about this right now. They are taking precaution-- think positive thoughts and no freaking out :)

Dear Anonymous,

Did they say they want to see you 6-12 days after your period or 6-12 weeks?

The endometrial lining regenerates and during certain times of the month it is thin, intermediate, or thick. This does not mean you have cancer that is why your doctor wants to do a follow-up. Sending positive thoughts your way!

Please keep us posted,

Rosa
