Since women release oxitocin when they are in the natural delivery, and this is replaced by its sithetic form(pitusin), could the lack of the natural connection or supression of that hormone be linked to post partum depresion?

Are you asking for yourself, or a friend, who has post-partum depression, or is this for a research paper?
You are asking two different questions, as women who birth vaginally can also be given pitocin, so I am not sure if you are wanting to know specifically about any link between certain drugs and PPD, or birthing methods and PPD?
I have not seen any research that links pitocin use during delivery (either by C-section or vaginal) to post-partum depression.
