A week ago my girlfriend and I were having fun on my bed. My penis was out of my pants and my girlfriend had her pannies on. She slightly grazed up and I believe my genitila touched her pannies. I am not sure if I pre-cummed and if I did I don't believe it was while her pannies were over my penis cause they were over it only for a second or two. But If I did should I be worried?! Also she threw up a week later. Is that a sign of something? I have really been stressing.

No, sperm can not swim through clothes. Her throwing up can be due to something else.

Welcome to EmpowHER. She can not get pregnant if she was wearing panties. Sperm can not swim through clothes. There has to be intercourse in order for sperm to swim up the cervix and live.
