There is a slight risk of pregnancy when genitals touch or rub against each other, as your boyfriend can accidentally ejaculate on or near your vulva or vagina, so this is not a recommended "safer sex" practice.

However, if you both rubbed genitals and he did not ejaculate, the risk of pregnancy is very, very low. Men have "pre-ejaculatory fluid" ("pre-cum") on the tip of their penis the instant they have an erection (it is not ejaculatory fluid, as this occurs from having an orgasm). This "pre-cum" usually does not contain sperm, but there is a small chance it could contain sperm (and this would be the only chance of pregnancy; very slight).
