Hi Anon,

There is really no right time for sex. Most people avoid sex during their periods due to the bleeding. However, if you'd like to know when the best time to have sex is in order to get pregnant then it would be somewhere mid cycle. For someone with a 28 day cycle, the best time to have sex would be around 14 days after the start of your period. If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, then avoid having sex around the week of days 12-18--just to be safe.

Hope this helps,

Rosa
