It's fine for any adults to have sex, as long as they are both consenting. It's a private matter between two people.

It's the same with marrying a person much older - it's a private matter where no-one else should have a right to judge.

There may be sexual difficutlies in that both people are not compatible. An older person, for example, may not want sex as much as a younger person but that is not always the case. Also, some men find it more diffiuclt to get or maintain an errection as they grow older but there are treatments for that that work quite well. Some post-menopausal women may have a decreased sex drive, but again, there are treatment options. As long as both are open to things, marrying someone of a different age is not something to worry about.

If this happens (and it may not) a person can talk to their doctor about these options, for their particular case.
