i have had this cyst on my right overy for nearly 2 years it is 6cm and the hospital have been scanning it every 3 months or so. recently had ct scan as tumur markers blood test came back with abnormal results from my pancreas, as it turns out that is fine. but this cyst is leaning on my ureter which is stopping the kidneys from sending urine to my bladder properly. so they have now decided finally to remove it, my op date is 9th august. ive been reading up on cysts tonight and im so scared, surely if they even slightly thought it was cancer they wud of had me in by now? i reeally dont want to lose my overy which he said wud be quite likely as the cyst is so big. i had a cyst removed about 4 years ago, would they have tested that for cancer? i got scanned shortly after that op and the cyst had returned to the sane size again :-/ please any help or information u give me will help me lots, ive got 2 young children and the thought of leaving them terrifies me. thank u

I can say this, because 4 years ago, it was discovered by CT Scan that I had a tumor- 6 cm x 8 cm x 4 cm located on the frontal lobe of my brain. The original site of the cancer was in the nasal passages. I fought hard, with my 3 children as my goal to live, defied death and never gave up. It was not easy, but what is ...
