Hi
I usually have heavy flo during my periods, and very often I get period spots on my dress. Its really embarrassing , especially when at office or any other public place. Can anyone let me know any solution.

Thank you Rosa and Anonymous! Your comments have been of benefit,i have started using the super sized maxi pads and i have started using the adira period panties. I must say that the period panties really do a good job,i haven't stained after i started using those. Now i suggest them to my friends too.

Dear Amanda,
What kind of pads/tampons are you using now? You may need to start using the winged/overnight pads to avoid saturating through your clothing since it sounds like your period is too heavy for regular pads. Also, you may need to change them more often than you do now. Every 2-3 hours you should have a new fresh pad to avoid staining your dresses.
If you're using tampons, use the SUPER kind until the flow goes down and change it every 2 hours.
