Thanks for your question. If you haven't had sex since your last period then you aren't pregnant. Sometimes your period will be heavier than other months and this is normal unless you are bleeding heavily for weeks, then you're at risk for hemorrhaging. Stress, exercise, rapid weight loss or weight gain, and hormone imbalances can all cause a delay in period. Give it another week.
