Hi farrar

Thanks for your question - are you asking for you?

If so, how bad is your prolapse - what stage, do you know?

No sex position is going to get your pregnant faster than another one but if you are a very severely prolapsed uterus, you need to talk to your doctor before getting pregnant.

Then if you get pregnant you will likely need to be monitored closely to make sure all is going well - you may also need to be stitched to hold your uterus safely as a pregnancy develops.

Please visit your doctor for a full evaluation before getting pregnant as we cannot tell you from your post how to get pregnant or how safe it may be. This would be something to discuss with your health care provider, based on your individual prolapse.

In the meantime, take a look at our uterine prolapse page here: http://www.empowher.com/condition/uterine-prolapse

Please let me know what you think!
