Anon - Your question isn't really clear. Are you saying that you are nine months pregnant and you have no idea what type of delivery you are going to have? Have you been under the care of a doctor? Pre-natal care is extremely important for the health of your baby and your own health, and delivery options are usually discussed during that time.

Are you saying that no one has told you how you will know when you are going into labor and ready to deliver your baby? If so, then these links will help you better understand the process:

I've done my best to try to figure out your question, but let us know if you need more information or we can help you further.

Are you asking "How do I know if I will have a vaginal delivery and not a cesarean"? If that's your question. The truth is you don't. That is entirely circumstantial.

If you're asking "How do I know I'm in labor?" Then here's your answer...

Hope this helps!
