Hi marysmith,
Thank you for your question, and for finding EmpowHER. Is it possible you are in perimenopause? You may want to schedule a visit with your doctor to confirm, and go over any other symptoms you may be having. For more information, check out the Perimenopause (click the link) page on EmpowHER.
Good luck and let us know if you need further information.
