Hi Anon,
If you ha rough sex, sometimes you'll get an abdomen full of air. This can cause pain or discomfort after sex. However, there should be no other sexually-related reason why your abdomen hurts. If the pain is persistent and you don't know where it is coming from, it may be a good idea to consult with your doctor.
