A blood test can detect hCG levels about 11 days following conception. A urine test detects levels about 12 to 14 days following conception.

The hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (better known as hCG) is produced during pregnancy. In general the hCG levels will double every 72 hours. The level will reach its peak in the first 8 - 11 weeks of pregnancy and then will decline and level off for the remainder of the pregnancy.

With this information, you may want to retest. Be certain to follow the directions carefully to get the most accurate results.

Wishing you the best,

If you want to take a home pregnancy test, wait until your period is late by at least one week. A blood pregnancy test can detect elevated hCG or the pregnancy hormone about 11 days after conception.
The hormone hCG or human chorionic gonadotropin is produced during pregnancy.

me and my bf have sex. his first attempt of penetrating my vagina hurts. does that mean that my hymen is present? no bleeding occur.. on our second attempt, his penis entered smoothly into my vagina without protection. is it possible that I will become pregnant? he said he knows when the sperm will come out. the time he felt it, he withdrew, then he masturbate again to make it hard. is there possibility that there are some sperm left and entered to me? fluids comes out in me. he said it's mine. is there any possibility that he did not notice that his sperm came out in me? I'm very worried. please help me.

Hello Jdimayuga,
The pain that you felt during the first attempt at penetration could have been caused by not enough lubrication. When your vagina is dry, penetration of the penis will be uncomfortable.

Yes, your boyfriend would know when he ejaculates, but, there is always a slight risk that a little bit can leak out when the penis is erect.

You will notice lubrication from your vagina when you are sexually stimulated. That is the fluid you noticed.

In the future, to reduce the risk of an unwanted pregnancy, have your boyfriend use a condom every time you have sexual activity and you should be using some form of birth control consistently.

That is a very good question. The earliest symptoms of pregnancy can appear in the first few weeks following conception, even before a missed period.
Some women experience morning sickness, which presents as nausea with or without vomiting,
As early as two to three weeks after conception, hormonal changes might make your breasts tender, tingly or sore. Or your breasts might feel fuller and heavier.
You might find yourself urinating more often than usual, especially at night.
Fatigue also ranks high among early symptoms of pregnancy.
Food cravings are common, too. Like most other symptoms of pregnancy, these food preferences can be chalked up to hormonal changes — especially in the first trimester, when hormonal changes are the most dramatic.
There is no single first symptom. Early signs vary among women.
