Thanks for your post and welcome!
By "gore" do you mean "goiter"? Is so, this is likely due to an iodine deficiency that is causing your thyroid to react the way it is.Most goiters (about nine our of ten) are due to an iodine deficiency but you will need confirmation of this in case it's caused by something else.
You need treatment for this - please contact your doctor.
