What do you do for a wasp sting that has swollen up quite a bit and itches very bad?

Thank you for writing.

If you notice the swelling increasing you must seek medical help, there could be a serious allergy involved.
Otherwise there are over the counter creams for bug and wasp bites. An anti-inflammatory like Advil may also help.
