I have been suffering with this for four days. The first day I just thought I was getting a headache. The second day I was on the recumbant bike at the gym, I had ridden for an hour, when I got off I immediately got extreme pressure in my head, so much so I thought my head was going to explode. I started getting nauseated and thought I was going to pass out as the pressure in my ear increased. By the time I got to the locker room it had subsided some what. I was driving home when I noticed a line of flashing light in the lower field of vision of my right eye. Over the course of 20 minutes the line traveled up until it was out of sight.

Hi Kwendler,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Many things can be causing all these symptoms from an infection or water in your middle ear to high blood pressure and many other. It's very important to see your doctor soon and explain what you are feeling. He can perform different type of testings and be able to prescribe the right treatment for you.
Best,
Daisy
