Hi Anonymous,

There are no health effects from masturbation but if you find that you are unable to stop touching yourself, this may be an addiction and therefore, you may need counceling.

Good luck,

Hi Anon

There is no health benefit to stopping masturbation; it's perfectly normal and healthy. But if you want to stop (for whatever reason) just stop. Stop touching yourself for sexual pleasure. If you cannot do this (just stopping) , talk to a doctor or a therapist who will be able to help you.

Dear Anonymous,

This is not a result of masturbation. If you are having problems with your mind, eyes, and bones you will need to have a complete physical exam by your doctor.

Hope you're well,
