Why does my heart hurts everytime he's around are messages me?

As the body reacts to stress in different ways, the body also reacts to loving feelings the same way. This is often felt when you lose a loved one also. Your heart is not in any dismay. Your heart also heals and moves on when it comes to love also. The feelings of love, mistrust or fear can certainly feel like a medical condition but most of the time, it is simply the body's reaction to loss whether to death or love.
