Cyndi discusses if people treat her differently now that she is no longer obese.

Cyndi:
Definitely with men, of course, it’s different. Of course, now you are more attractive, you dress nicer because of course you feel good about yourself, so you tend to dress up to because you like dressing up. So you have that attention from men that maybe you probably hadn’t. You had those same male co-workers who never looked at you even twice but to maybe laugh or criticize, and now all of a sudden, it’s a different ballpark.

With women, same thing. Women who maybe didn’t speak to you before now speak to you. So it doesn’t matter whether it’s male or female; it’s still a different kind of relationship.
