Lailla recalls how she was diagnosed with uterine fibroids.

Lailla:
When I went to my doctor and told him about my experience in bleeding, he then scheduled me to have an abdominal ultrasound of the pelvic and also the abdomen to see about the fibroids or any cysts, I guess. So I did, I went to have it done, and sure enough, it showed that I had a few of them in the size of a quarter, and also maybe about a couple of cysts also by my ovaries but more so he is very concerned about the fibroids. That’s how we found out.
