A friend has said that there are things about the structure of some people's ear lobes that actually can be indicators of later problems with heart disease. Has anyone else heard about this? Is there any truth to it?

I have heard that as well
Anne,
I had never heard of this so I did a bit of research and found that 20 years ago it was believed that having creases in your ears was an indication of possible heart disease later on in life. Since then, however, Some health experts believe that both skin creases and heart disease are simply more common later in life and are not related in any other way.
The presence of earlobe creases, in the absence of other known risk factors, is not proof that you have, or ever will develop, heart disease.
