Hi trompas84, welcome to Empowher and thank you for sharing your story.
Firstly, please remember that irregular heart beats (also known as Heart Arrhythmia) can happen to people with healthy hearts.
It's great you wore the holster, it's a good way for doctors to monitor your heart activity.
MedicineNet has an in-depth article on heart arrhythmia here
http://www.medicinenet.com/arrhythmia_irregular_heartbeat/article.htm
Please don't stress too much, although one cannot blame you for your worries. You are very young and should be able to enjoy a healthy life with your kids, without this kind of upset. And it's frustrating to have doctors tell you not to worry when anyone with common sense would.
I have a few questions for you -
Have your doctors told you what KIND of heart arrhythmia you have (there are several kinds)?
Are you on any medications now, that are not connected with your heart problems? Some medications interfere with your heartbeat.
Have they discussed medication for heart arrhythmia with you?
