it is easy to make diet bt not easy to hold your self after it becareful not to eat after 8 and not to have a really fatted dinner and try when u eat not to sleep directly .....eat vegetables more and salads .... also drink much water as u can but not after you eat direct try to wait an hour .........thnx fr listening
