Thanks for your post but we need a lot more info from you. Is this question for you or someone else? Did you have polio a a child and suspect that this new symptom might be post-polio syndrome?
If so, you need to contact your doctor and start treatment, including physical therapy.

yes when i was 2 and half years old then polio attack on my right hand. now i am 24 years old.
