  I have this acne for over 5 years now.

  

  I have this kind of acne that looks like a tiny rash and u can see only if you take a close look. using neo medrol and also going for facials. but they are yet to clear. what do I do

  This condition is getting worse. I am also loosing hair. My Doctor gave me a solution I rub on my head but it doesn't help.

  

  I am a 62 year old male and in the last ten years I have achne on my scalp. I take a lot of medication not sure this is the reason.
