Top Model CariDee English has broken her silence to share some exciting news. The winner of the seventh season of "America's Next Top Model" has suffered from psoriasis since early childhood.

CariDee spent years embarrassed by her skin, and used to try to hide it. But recently she has opened up about her struggle with this autoimmune condition, encouraging others with psoriasis to accept themselves as they are.

And now she is happy to talk about a product that has brought real improvement. She'd tried many products with no results, until she found a biologic called Stelara. After using Stelara for two months, her psoriasis has cleared up by 90%.
