Karine:
Dairy products. Dairy products more or so than anything else. Dairy products unfortunately have the fabulous characteristic of triggering mucus production, and the more mucus you have, as unsavory as that may sound, the more likely you are to have an asthma attack. So that was always a big issue for me, and it’s still an issue for me. Even now being what I would consider fully controlled, if I am not feeling well for any reason, I have to be conscious of what I consume in the way of dairy products because it will trigger a scenario combined with ill feelings where I start to have asthma problems. So definitely dairy products.
