I’m approached almost every day by somebody who knows me and hasn’t seen me for a while, people that haven’t seen me for a year are shocked and they ask me how I did it. And I always mention Dr. Johnell and his bariatric practice, one reason is because it’s something that I never thought I could do for myself, and when people come up and ask me and want to know how they could do it for themselves, I am pleased to be able to share the probable strategy that will work for them.

And so I have actually, when I go to the office every few months I will actually pick up business cards and take them with me and if people ask me how I was able to do this I tell them the stomach band is the tool that enabled me to do it, along with exercise and change in diet and change in lifestyle.

And the reason I do it is because it’s something I never thought I could do and I am so happy and pleased that I could and that I think others can do it too and I want them to achieve what they would like and for them to be happy and healthy.

And it’s a purely honest reaction for people that ask me. It’s like here, and I don’t know about a lot of other practices, but I sincerely recommend Dr. Johnell’s practice because I believe their thorough approach and looking at all areas including the support groups and the nutrition and all the information and the way the office has helped with insurance and medical things, and just their whole approach I highly recommend to anybody.
