I have taken i-pill around 3 am in the morning but I vomited around 3-4 pm the same day because I was travelling..did I have to take another pill or is it not necessary to take it again?? can I get pregnant??? my period date is that day only and I also have pcos

There is almost no pregnancy risk for you. The pill would have long been absorbed by the time you got sick and your period date was that day too. Read the paperwork that comes with this medication to know what to expect.
