Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If a male has had a recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in the urethra (the tube that both semen and urine pass through). Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out. Moving forward, it's best to use a condom during any genital to genital contact (rubbing, intercourse) because accidents can happen.
