Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I'd love to give you some helpful information on the subject.

First, it is important to note that hot, even warm water, kills sperm.  Sperm can only survive a few seconds in heated water.  However, since your boyfriend ejculated directly into your vagina during intercourse, it is still slightly possible, though highly unlikely, that you may get pregnant from it.

The symptoms you are experiencing are common before having your period, it does not necessarily mean pregnancy.  In your case, in is best to wait and see what your period is like before making any conclusions.

Pregnancy tests are most accurate if taking after a missed or irregular period.  If you do have a missed or irregular period, but the pregnancy test is negative, it is probably due to the stress you are experiencing.  If your period is regular, then you do not have to take further actions and you can safely conclude that you are not pregnant.

I hope this helps.  Let us know if you have any more questions.

Hello,

I understand now, and the fact that he did not penetrate your vagina make it next to impossible for you to get pregnant. Even slightly warm water will kill sperm within a few seconds.  This is not enough time for it to travel through your clothes and into your vagina alive.  But as I think I mentioned before, you can still take pregnancy test if you'd would rather have more solid proof in addition for taking my word for it.  The best time to take one is a week after a missed or irregular period.
