My boyfriend and I had oral sex and I was sitting upright and naked on the bed and he ejaculated all over me. And he was like 'don't let it enter your vagina' and I was pretty sure it didn't because I was sitting upright and after that I went and cleaned up like washed my vagina and all that. What are the chances of me being pregnant?

But like he ejaculated all over my upper body like breasts and stomach, and the sperm travelled a long way down and I'm not sure if it entered my vagina even though I cleaned up immediately after. I'm freaking out.

You cannot get pregnant from the scenario you describe. There was no penetration, no ejaculation inside you, and you cleaned yourself right after, even so.
