I know I'm overreacting. I lost my virginity on April 10th with this guy. I was not on the pill at the time but we used a condom for the entire time. It barely lasted 10 seconds because I freaked and asked him to stop. I had no signs of pregnancy and my period arrived on time as usual (even though I thought it was a week late but it turns out it wasn't) I took a pregnancy test on the day my period was due (April 17th) because I was freaking and it came back as negative, I also got my period while taking the pregnancy test. I got my period in May and June as usually, but had cramping worse than usual. We then had sex again with a condom on July 27th (the day after my period stopped) and I'd started taking Levlen ED again that day.
I'm just freaking out. I don't know why. I feel fat and kinda sick but idk if I'm just bloating and the sickness feels like nervous butterflies.

You have pretty much answered your own question. You had your period plus a negative test result. You are not pregnant.
