Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there would be no sperm. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. For future, have him wear a condom whenever your genitals touch, as accidents can easily happen.
